Renesmee the daughter of Bella and Edward will be played by 9 year old Mackenzie Foy. It was reported by entertainment weekly that she was inching away from play the charcter at first, but i believe she in all in. Through the movie Renesmee is suppose to being going from a baby to 17 in just 7 years. so right now it is unclear how the age process will be done. Though there was talk of using a digital baby for the birth.It has been reported that the director is going to employ similar digital effects to those used by David Fincher in the “Curious Case of Benjamin Button” movie with Brad Pitt a few years ago. Mackenzie’s face would be digitally transformed onto the face of a younger child. It’s also probable that the studio will hire a younger child in some capacity as well...
